Lightpainting - Original photography

A few light painting shots I did a while back. These there done handheld with the camera flash. Hence the blurry background. Normally you would use a tripod for such a shot, I just didn't have mine with me.

Surprisingly this second shot was made first try. These light painting shots are great fun to add something to your photos, just know that they will take multiple tries until you get it to work.


Camera: Nikon D90
Lenses: Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 kit lens

Bahaha - not only are they technically interesting but they are extremely entertaining! LOL - I plan to do some of this type of work with some sparklers over the 4th of July Holiday! :) I look forward to seeing more!

Oh that's a great call! I actually bought a set of such sprinklers, been looking to use them, just don't have any ideas yet.
