City Nature with a snake and a cellphone! Marvelous!

in photography •  7 years ago

What do you get when you have a bored snake and a cellphone?
You got that right! A small walk and some amazing shots of what nature has to offer in the city!

Come along!!!

^^A nice Bluebottle! There was only one and yet it still looked like a Queen!
I just love the bright colors of this flower!

^^I have no idea how this plant is called but I de remember my neighbor telling me they used this plant in the past to create paint!

^^This little critter spooked me when I wanted to take a picture and I found my hand really close to his body! Yes, I screamed and started to jump..... And when calm again I took a few pictures! This was the best one of mister Fat spider!

^^ The end of a period! The era of the blooming  hydrangea! You can see the colors slowly fading away! At the start this Summer the color was purple/blue.

^^ I thought lets look at the wall and found this little family of three! I do hope the little snale will not be lunch... Or dinner... Or a mid-night snack!

^^ The wall seriously was full with snales hiding away like this one! Maybe they don't like the rain? I have no clue why they are on the wall at all.

^^ Butterfly flower without the butterflies! I was just a tad too late and the Sun was already going down. But normally these flowers are full with the most amazing butterflies!

^^ Good bye roses and welcome bottles! I love roses but I also have a deep love for these rosebottles. To me they really look amazing! Almost like an appel!

^^ I am not 100% sure but I do believe these are called elderberries and I love to use them with crafts! The deep color is amazing!

^^ the last picture I took was on my way home again. These little flowers are called  Dianthus barbatus (Sweet William) and we call them Duizendschoon.

I hope you like the pictures just as much as me!

That first flower... wow.

I know right! Normally there are way more growing at this spot! But I do think this is the last one this year!

hi @poeticsnake you are a great creative writer..
i very interesting with that Flowers, because its color can make my heart to be good mood.. :D

Thank you very much!
I hope you will be in a good mood all week! :D

You seem to live in a very beautiful place to have such a variety of flowers, the flowers near my house are all the same. Btw awesome shots and thanks for sharing!

I do yes! The people around where I live all seem to love nature just as much as I do. Even the littlest spots are full with wild or planted flowers! While most gardens are made of stone these days I am happy to live in a city where Green and Nature are still part of the streets.

Excelente post,@poeticsnake.
Las flores, los frutos...también las arañas :D
La primera flor es realmente hermosa. Gracias por compartirla
