It's not fair use. You need to get permission as you are basically reposting other people's work with the potential of making money you would need to get Magnum and the Photographer's permission.

Good job. I know it sucks but you could get into trouble for it. You might try reaching out to the individual photographers and ask if you can republish their photos for your own article discussing the photography awards - that way it would be fair use I think.

Also if you select some of the photos and do your own kind of review that might work too. Try asking the photographers - It might take a while but I'm sure at least some will agree as long as they are linked and credited.
