For Kachra
At first wash the Kachras and peel them properly. The above photos are the fresh Kachras directly from the farm.
Let the kachra be dried and then cut them into small round shape. After that take a bowl put the Kachras and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black mustard seed powder, fennel seed powder and salt into it. And put this bowl in the sunlight for two days.
For Green Chillis
Wash the green chilli and split them from the middle so that we can put the stuffings.
For the stuffing, take a bowl put the black cumin seed powder, fenugreek seeds, fennel and salt mix this masala properly and put them into the chillies.
Kachra and Mirchi Together
After that heat oil at high flame. When the oil is heated, lower the flame and put fennel seeds and black cumin seeds. Then switched off the flame and let it cool for 2 mins and put Kachra and Mirchi.
Mix them well. Put this in the sun for two days. And it's ready to eat with paranthas and chapatis
