We live in a very visual and extreme world where people are posting beautiful things that it's hard to keep up and easy to compare your life with theirs. Well what the media doesn't show you is anything less than the best.

Yeah, a lot of people hides away their struggles and hard moments because they are afraid of being judged by others. I also see like on facebook that its mostly positive stuff about their life and never anything negative because we are condition to think that if we share our bad moments in the world, the world will judge and reject us because they won't understand why we are in the situation we are in.
