Greetings Steemians!
I´m back from a recreative one-week Easter break during which I could enjoy once again the beauty of the Allgäuer Alps. Right at arrival the weather was bright and sunny. There was no time to lose and so I packed my gear and set out to my first little hike. Come and follow me up the Soellereck
The hike started vis-a-vis of the Nebelhorn,Oberstdorf's landmark mountain.
A lonely hut along the path.
There is also an easier way up to the peak, but so much to miss out then.
Now here is the challenge: Does anyone recognise the mountain with this distinctive shape in the picture above? I already posted about it a few times. What is the height of this mountain? Let me know in the comments and I will reward the most accurate guess with 1 SBD.
View on the Kratzer. A 2428m high summit of the Allgäuer main ridge.
Almost there. Time for a refreshment!
