"There are people who always say no to any proposal and respond" you can not "," it's very complicated ", etc. They tend to be conservative, fearful of changes, afraid of innovation. They have no motivation beyond what they do, they do not want to compromise and they avoid any demand.

However, in our lives there are crises that imply that changes are inexorably produced. Generally, we resist these changes and, therefore, we can not manage them.

Everything changes, all life is made up of changes. We should, therefore, manage the best changes in our lives.
