Yip, all you have to do is avoid he odd great white shark and you will be fine :-)

WOW, extraordinary photos. Some of them take my breath away. Proudly South African!

Thanks hope777.

I enjoy visiting Vishoek. They have a couple of great restaurants .

My parents, brother and aunt all lived there.

I also grew up in Cape Town but unfortunately not in Fish Hoek area!

I was lucky enough to spend 40 years there. I lived in Stellenbosch, Constantia, Claremont, Plumstead. Wynberg, Bergvliet, Hout Bay, Llandudno, Arniston and Hermanus. I had an Isuzu bakkie so moving was a breeze.

Arniston must have been great. We used to go there for Easter weekends. Loved the fishing there as well as catching octopus for bait.

Dude watch some octopus videos. They are highly intelligent creatures not too be used as bait. You're a savage :-) My family has a holiday home there so spent many a holiday there. I know the place well having lived there once for about 6 months on my own. I photographed the whole place.

You must share some of the photos! I will be more careful with the octopus ❗️❗️🦀 I do not have a picture of an octopus but suppose a crab is close enough

Good that's what I like to hear. I did put up all my Arniston pics but took them down before the 7 days was up otherwise steemit has them forever and I can't remove them. You may not know but you only earn rewards on your posts for 7 days then that's it. Hence the my removal policy. I may post the odd one now and again.
