Hi Reko. You are doing an absolutely great job to promote "Free hugs", especially on international hugs day (didn't know about that one yet... I will remind myself for next year), with very strong and powerful photos! I keep on smiling when I scroll through them all :)
I am a huge fan on this Free Hugs campaign, primarily for increasing physical interaction (that is lacking in today's digital society) and the physiological benefits for our body and mind. Let's be honest, who doesn't like to get a hug :)
I will feature free hugs (and you, if you'd like) at some point in my blog, focussing on improving human physiology and interaction with technology, but it is great to see that you have been able to gather a group of steemians to share hugs with :)

Yup, such great pictures. Make me feel and want to hug a person. Seeing the pictures and smiles while hugging, I can feel that such have amazing impact. Looking at the photos am pretty sure it gives joy and happiness. It doesn't matter if you're the toucher or touchee, the more we connect with others the happier we will be. Keep hugging!

I'm from the Philippines,too. I really wanted to practice this here in our country, but it seems it's not acceptable. I tried to do it to some of our youth in our church but they're quite hesitant. I know that there are youth that longs to be hug because some parents do not practice this at home, but for me I make it a point to hug my kids at least once or twice a day for at least 20 seconds and to my wife as often as we can.
