Please help us show off Steem's potential in our community by supporting our quest to raise funds to reimburse the band boosters for one band member's travel from Pennsylvania to Florida for this year's Citrus Bowl Parade.

Introduction

Every week, the students dress in a different color.
This week's dress code was white.

This is the third and final photo essay from the football game on September 21, when the Penn Wood Patriots visited the Rustin Golden Knights. Here are the previous posts from this game:

From the marching band's perspective, the unique elements of the night were the inclusion of 5th graders from elementary schools in the district, the addition of some show "visuals", and it was the first time that the flag section had their full uniforms.

As we have done for previous games, this third post in the series will document the stands experience during the game. Regular readers may know that the band plays in the stands during the first, second and fourth quarters. They get the 3rd quarter free to visit the concession stand or socialize with students from both schools.

Unless otherwise stated, all of the following pictures are original photographs that were taken with an LG-G4 cell phone. You can right click on any image and open in a new tab for a zoomed in view.

This post to document the stands experience for the night was the last photo essay from Rustin's September 21 football game against Penn Wood High School. Rustin improved their record to 3-1 by winning the game, 43-28. Here are the previous posts from this game:

The account's purpose is to demonstrate the viability of a fund-raising model that is based on use of the Steem block chain in the community. The account's goal for 2018 is to raise enough money to send one student on the Rustin Golden Knight Marching Band's trip from Pennsylvania to Florida in December for performances in the Citrus Parade and in Disney. For more information, see our introductory post: Introducing Steem to the Rustin Golden Knights Marching Band
