This the photo was taken during the sunset time. Have you ever wondered why the sunset is red when the sky is blue? Well, the light that comes from the sun is mixed with light of all wavelengths. As our atmosphere is filled with different types molecules, it absorbs short wavelength lights like blue and red passes through it. This blue light is later scattered all over. This is why we see the sky is blue. This effect is called Rayleigh scattering.
Now when it is the sunset time the sun is not over our head, it is a lot lower. So, the light has to travel more through the atmosphere, So the blue light takes time to scatter while the red light caught our eyes.
