I went to flowerpot island in tobermory in Canada and had an amazing time. The beautiful island in the middle of the sea was breathtaking and the scenery was amazing.
Tobermory is located in Bruce Pennisuala with only a population of 3500 and there are lot of tourist people that roam around there in summers. Couple of activities to do there like hiking, bike trail, swimming, diving, watch shipwrecks and a lot of other stuff.
Tobermory is actually a large area and separated into various checkpoints for different people to go to.
Here is a list of all the things to do in tobermory. The most famous is [the grotto][1] which we could not see due to the overbooked parking unfrotunately. :(
This is a breakfast from the hotel we stayed in during our trip, english muffin and potatoo wedges.
There was an ice cream shop there which sells ice cream cones and we these which look like poop, which is actually butterscotch topping.
Waiting for the Blue heron cruises where we go to the island. It was lovely.
This was the cruise we travelled in. It was suppose to be the express cruise which wont show much of the ocean and will directly take you to the island.
Other cruises in the deep sea
These are the shipwrecks which happened somewhere in 1890s and were sunk down because they could not repair it and now it is there as a tourist spot where people see it and click the pictures. It was great
Some fellow tourist with their own boats enjoying themselves.
This is the flowerpot island, 2nd biggest island in North America or World(i think). Ii has almost 5 km of the hiking trail with the amazing breathtaking scenery.
This is the flowerpot, the long standing stone, thats what the island is named after. There are two flowerpots in this island, one is larger than the other.
Yo, pigeon
Some other great snapshots :)
