Winter morning means to have a little fun together and today the morning was very beautiful. Winter morning means that fresh vegetables are available. So in the morning I went to the market and brought tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, carrots and other kinds of curries. It is necessary to eat something salty.

Without delaying it, I thought that the fun of Chanachur muri is different if it can be made into muri with green chillies and coriander leaves.

I didn't delay any more. Yesterday's cooked meat was broth. I chopped onion, green pepper, coriander, tomato, and cucumber all in the first state.

What I did next was season all the ingredients with salt.

Next what I did was heat the broth I added light amount of oil on top with all these ingredients and mixed it well with mustard oil and mudri chachanur.

After that everyone had fun and ate it. I gave a lot of jhal due to which the kids had a lot of trouble to eat. Still everyone ate it. They said it was a lot of fun. I had a lot of fun.

And in my opinion, especially in the morning and afternoon of winter, this muridi is much better to eat because the vegetables are available fresh like tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, cucumbers, but they are available very early in the morning.
