To be honest, I thought construction had stop here in Fresno California, but I was wrong.
The family and I drove to a birthday party up in Fresno California today, and I saw a lot of construction going on.
It looks like they are getting close to building over Highway 99.
Construction began in 2015 in Fresno at a groundbraking ceremony.
