The day starts with a breakfast of a bowl of diced mangos and payaya, with a squeeze of orange juice over the top and drizzled with local honey. A Few fresh mint leaves add a splash of green and a delicious extra taste dimension.

A huge bee comes into the house and I take many many photos of it inflight as it tries to find its way out again. Sadly the photos are not very successful as it refuses to land for a shoot and flies endlessly up and down making a good photo impossible but here are some shots in motion just so you get an idea of the crazy size he was.

The light can be beautiful if we get sunshine and rain at the same time but capturing the effect on camera is not so easy. Here is a shot in which I hope you can appreciate the beauty I speak of.
