Thanks to @lyndsaybowes for her inspiration in creating these posts celebrating the joy and health benefits of going on a good walk once a day. The doctors in Spain actually prescribe it for diabetes sufferers as they know a daily walk is essential for good health.
When there is a walk happening the animals catch on very fast and always want to come along.
This one invariably ends up being carried at a certain point. He is quite a heavy lump too!
The combination of fresh air and the scent of herbs growing all around such as thyme and rosemary make walking in this area an aromatherapy exercise that I love!

A good walk always ends with a sense of fulfilment and achievement and can be enjoyed equally in urban or rural environments.

Your cat reminds me of an older cat we had. Always following us on walks through the vineyards but never quite brave enough to make it all the way. Silly animals :) but we love them for it. Whereabouts are you in Spain?
