Las donitas 🍩horneadas, son cositas lindas y ricas. Al ser horneadas nunca serán tan esponjosas y húmedas como las fritas, pero igual son deliciosas y si las comemos recién horneadas son súper suavecitas y aireadas. También si las hago grandes me doy cuenta que conservan mejor la humedad que las chiquitas. Con la práctica he ido poco a poco dominándolas mejor y no quiero hacerlas fritas. No soy nada light, pero se lo que es mejor para mí y lo que me gusta hacer, así que seguiré practicando con las horneadas para que cada vez me queden mejor. Aquí cubiertas con chocolate y glasé.
