Lost and Found

Some things are lost, like socks in the dryer or a golf ball in a water trap. Somethings are found like your phone you left at the club the night before or keys that you misplaced while in a rush to get off to work.

But one persons trash is not always someone else's treasure.

Out of sight, can often be out of mind but it does not mean that item is gone. In my experience nothing ever truly disappears.

Everyday you can be bombarded with information about the amount of trash that is polluting our world. Whether its in the air, water or on land. As someone who works as a photographer, diver and traveler my social media feeds are filled with graphic images of what happens to animals that ingest plastics and marine habitats covered in debris.

However finding a phone booth underwater that has turned into an artificial is quite humous and makes me ponder how on earth this ended up where it did.

On the other hand dumping car and truck engines into the ocean, no matter how pretty they may look over time is definitely a detriment to the environment.

As humans we often forget about the impact our actions have on the environment and the others around us. I've spent hours under the water and years documenting the things that exist in it. This post is not so much a call to action or a condemnation of peoples actions but more a visual reminder that actions due have consequences.

Awesome pics! I love the shot of the phonebooth (or is that a shower stall? lol). The old v8 engine is cool too. I would love to explore the depths of the ocean one day, that would be fun.

Thank for checking out my images, yes it is a phone booth.

@scottdphoto I resteemed you post once again, only wish I had found it 3 hours eariler ahha.

Thank you very much!

Thank you for the lovely post, wishing you all the best.:) information is sure to come in handy, but more than that, it gives me great confidence to know your hard work is being the useful.

I pity the next generations... Theyre screwed..

Waooo this is like forgotten belongings, just shocked at the extent one goes to snap a picture of lost items inside water

We are destroying our planet by throwing our useless things everywhere .Soon humanity will going to suffer because of this and you can no longer see a fish even a single one swimming in the sea.

Good post! I'm going to follow you to see more post like this and for support us!

Thanks for the documentation and reminder.
People need to start realizing that whatever we do affects us and also others.

As humans we often forget about the impact our actions have on the environment and the others around us

Some people are so irresponsible(or mean) to realize the impact they cause by throwing a paper, banana peel onto the street!

We need to become responsible and start disposing litter in the respective bins.

Thanks for this timely reminder.

only if we know how much of this garbages are deep down in the ocean or rivers, they pollute and contaminate our water which is really bad.

so many stories

Fantastic photography! I hope to see more from you.

How many are hidden in the depths of the ocean ... It's long forgotten. But honestly, these photos are beautiful. They make us think about how much we are doing wrong. And about the fact that everything will eventually turn into an object, covered with the depths of water.

You have made me realize how important my impact is concerning recycling and my foot print I leave behind each day on earth. Hope others see what we are doing to the environment also. Take Action!
