I have to admit, the colors just don't do it for me here. The HDR effect has been pushed a bit too far, IMO. Now the colors just don't look natural.
I like everything else about it, though. You've used the rule of thirds by putting her in the bottom-left quadrant. Your horizon is a bit high, but basically straight. It just feels like the vibrance slider is a bit too far to the right here.

Good feedback. I agree, it’s a bit unnatural, but in this case (and in some others) I’ve been going for a sort of other-worldly, psychedelic look, which I think I achieved.

I honestly don't believe we can permanently "fix" it anymore than we can permanently "fix" a baby's diaper. It needs constant maintenance. Problem is, we've let the current diaper go FAAAAAAAAR too long.

I do agree. I've seen communities trying to fix it but their operation is far too small compared to the problem. The way I see it, we need much wider work to do or more communities to operate and slowly tackle the issues.

I disagree with the other commenter, I LOVE the colour. As a painter who is in love with colour and as someone who paints subjects that are usually on the whimsy or asurd side, I like to see things in photography push the boundaries. Often if it is too 'real' it can look just like someone's holiday photos, so I really like what you have done here. Well done. And that green in the foreground...heavenly.
