Some of these behaviors are illegal and those who are under treatment for paraphilias have often encountered legal situations surrounding their behaviors. There is also a category called Paraphilia Not Otherwise Specified to cover paraphilias not falling into the already named diagnoses such as those involving dead people, urine, feces, enemas and obscene phone calls."

Paraphilia is much much worse than a sexy leg.

I've started this comment 3 - scratch that - 5 times. At first, I wanted to say sensual, then suggestive, then it hit me - tension. This photo has that thing that is really hard to capture in any medium; A moment that makes you wonder what will happen next. Bravo.

You offer the clinical definition, which is accurate. In more relaxed parlance, even among researchers, it is often used more broadly to describe a sexual interest in things that aren't normally considered sexy. "Para" simply means "other than" or "outside of". "Philia" means roughly "loving". Together they refer to a sexual interest in something other than "normal".

I know it's not, but it would be glorious if this was actually a picture of a man's foot, and you revealed it to everyone who upvoted right after payouts. Just picture the horror of some of them realizing they upvoted partially due to arousal.
