West Trip - Driving South to the Red Rocks

in photography •  6 years ago

I figured for my next installment of my West trip, I'd skip ahead a little to when I departed Salt Lake City and drove 4 and a half hours South towards Zion. But before I got there I made a stop at the Red Rock Canyon not too far away. What a great stop, though I wish I had a little more time there. It was like nothing I've ever seen before, or hiked. It didn't look too intimidating, but once I began to climb up, I realized it was very loose terrain, and much steeper than it appeared. But the effort was well worth it, and I hope I get to return here again to explore some more!

Thank you! It is quite the amazing sight to behold!

Stunning streaks serenading such serendipitous spectacles

Thanks Benji! That's a lot of S's. Alliteration.
