I love to make baked salmon and roasted cauliflower. I add a lot of fresh garlic as well as other seasonings before broiling them for a few minutes.

    I love your food posts, they always look so delicious and I enjoy your photos. I just wanted to also say that in my area, atlantic salmon is farmed salmon because you are no longer allowed to fish atlantic salmon because it is considered going extinct. I'm not sure how many people buy atlantic salmon and think it's wild salmon, but it's not. Farmed salmon is very unhealthy and I would never eat this chemical food. I buy pacific or sockeye salmon which are both wild. I just wanted to let you know this incase you weren't aware of this. Keep up the great posting :)

    I definitely prefer wild caught fish, organic chicken, and grass fed beef. I believe eating well is a gift to ourselves.
