As we started our morning hike, my friend noticed an entire family of deer crossing our path. Most deer are very timid and the whole group dodged out in a hurry with the exception of this one.
We all laughed when I said that he is posing for his photoshoot. He stood there and kept changing poses like he was on the red carpet.
It was a wonderful and unexpected surprise as we ventured out to see lots of other wildlife encounters on a beautiful Sunday!

Always fun catching a deer in the wild. In the woods around where I live they are all over the place. Just this morning there was a doe and two fawns across the road in a field as I was pulling out of the neighborhood on the way to work. I've stared one down from 3 feet away before too. Its quite entertaining.
