It took me years to be in an healthy mental relationship with my body. Social Media and society create ideas of how we SHOULD look and if we don't have that "perfect" bodies we are not beautiful. But that is not true. The most important thing about our bodies it is that they are healthy. Everything else it is just in our brain. The most important thing is that You love Your body no matter what. #bodypositivity ❤

Facebook and it's spawns have been that way for a while with the male body. I have many artist friends who were constantly in Facebook/Instagram jail for nothing more than shirtless men photos.
