Great to see this picture with an great message, yes, many people fear of public talking or they get panic attack when they stand with people in numbers, and this leads to the lack of confidence and lack of words and they start to humiliate self internally. I also had same problem but i always try to talk in the mirror and always ask questions to myself why you are fearing, what will happen if they laugh, don't give attention to negative, let's do and let's see. And i used the technique of let's do and let's see, and it really improved my life in many ways and i still use that technique. Thanks for sharing this post with us and wishing you an great day.
