Ingredients that need to be prepared:

1: pumpkin (150 g); 2: glutinous rice flour (150 g); 3: white sugar (20-25 g); 4: eggs (two); 5: breadcrumbs (30 g); 16: vegetable oil (350 g) ).

Step:

1: Remove the skin and seeds of the pumpkin, and then cut into pieces with a knife;

5: Put the vegetable oil in the pot and heat it to 70% heat. Add the pumpkin cake and fry until the upper and lower sides are golden yellow;

6: The effect after completion;

Matters needing attention: 

1: Be sure to remove the cuticles and seeds of the pumpkin;

2: The time of steaming the pumpkin can be determined according to the actual situation, the purpose is to make the pumpkin steamed;

3: After putting white sugar and glutinous rice flour in the pumpkin, be sure to repeatedly fold into the shape of the dough by hand, please refer to step 3;

4: The fried pumpkin cake must drain the vegetable oil, which is good for health;
