These huge basalt cliffs are called Acantilado de Los Gigantes, and the black volcanic beach is called Los Gios. These rocks are part of the Teno mountain range and are considered the western slope of the Teide volcano. Previously, when the Guanache tribes lived on the Canary Islands, they called these rocks the Devil's Wall. In any case, they look very magnificent and make a strong impression. It would be nice to sail right near them on a ship... may be next time)

How I love Tenerife. For me it's one of the most amazing places I've ever visited. 'Los Gigantes' evoke so fond memories :-)
