📷 Cattle Egret in the Rain

in photography •  4 years ago  (edited)

Cattle egret is a widespread and very numerous representative of herons. White with some orange feathers on the head and breast, yellow beak, it has a rather short neck and beak. And now our feathered model sits under the African rain and bristles wet feathers on the head.

Well, maybe rains are not too pleasant, but everyone needs to wash) And after the rain, everything around will come to life and blossom even more, and insects will rise into the air — heron can eat them as much as she likes, occasionally adding frogs to the diet.

It's better to watch the photos in high resolution.
