I was waiting by the train tracks in Shifen to photograph the incoming train when I spotted a few Taiwanese Blue Magpies fly into the area making loud noises. With nothing better to do I turned my attention to one of the birds and followed it with my lens down to the tracks, and that's where I saw it: a cat's dead body, severed in half with one half on each side of the rail. The bird started to feed on the dead cat, and I was able to capture a few shots before it flew away, poor kitty :(

- Lens: Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6
- Software: Lightroom
