They're everywhere in Copenhagen, too. I flew in, got on a train, and at my train stop I get off and the first things I see are a 7-Eleven and a McDonalds. Am I in the right country? Oh, then about 100 bicycle commuters went by in their own divided lane and I only see like 2 cars. Yeah, that's not America.
