Iberis gibraltarica is a low-growing perennial plant that forms a dense mat of evergreen foliage. The leaves are narrow, lance-shaped, and glossy, with a deep green color. The plant produces compact clusters of fragrant flowers in shades of pink, lavender, or white, which are held above the foliage on sturdy stems. The flowers have four petals arranged in a cross shape, typical of the Brassicaceae family.
