Photography or a single image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life, there is nothing quite like looking back and reflecting good or bad. But I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be a art-form. The beauty and meaning of a photo can be expressed and shared in many ways including not even using a single word but instead just seeing what it makes you feel.

While I do enjoy photography I used to share those "everyday" type images that captures just those typical day to day activities, the feedback was mostly positive and so I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos on Steemit.

Almost every picture as a story to tell right? Or at least that is what I was often been told by some of my followers when I first started sharing photos on here, and I would have to agree with them.

Like I expected it was often difficult to get posts out while I was travelling visiting my father a few weeks ago. On my return things got back to normal "well for a while" because what I didn't expect was for my father to turn-up here so soon to visit me. So far it's still been possible to get out posts "but just about" and so if your wondering why there was no post on a particular day, or why a post was going out at unusual times, it's because for the moment my father is down visiting me and he can require a lot of attention. Anyway the night where my father thought it would be ok to wake me up at 3 in the morning requesting that I help him get on the computer I have now been able to catch-up on some much needed sleep. There was little doubt in my mind that last night I was likely to sleep very well again. This was exactly the case, well until my father woke me in the morning, thankfully this was even less time than yesterday, meaning it was only 25 minutes away from my scheduled alarm. The weather this morning continues to be a mostly dark and cloudy one, there was rain and my father used that as he's excuse for not going out today. However I don't believe him lol, and bet he will later go out still but likely won't be out for as long, I think it's all catching-up to him. I think for later there may be a possibility that it may clear-up a bit. I woke-up 25 minutes before my alarm and just rested until it was time to get started for the day. With my father being here I thought it maybe a good idea to already prepare a few things for going out to work later incase he gives me anymore delays. I organised some of my work bag and clothing before starting on what chores I could. My father said previously that he would be stopping by my work before he leaves from his visit here, I just hope he doesn't go in there and gets me fired somehow with his shenanigans lol. But so far he's not been there and hopefully he won't bother for the remainder of the time he is here. Since he as been here I have barely been able to get any of the training done for work, it was 2 days ago where I started making a small start on it and yesterday during most of the afternoon. By the time I was done it might just be enough to please work, I'm not sure on this and so will have to look at what other modular training is available. But right now that is going to be difficult. Once my free time was over I left for work, on the way I took the rubbish with me to dispose. It was already getting slightly chilly out, either that or I have not had enough rest to handle this cold. When I got to work the superior apologized to me about not giving me a card that was for me before I was off. I told her not to worry as I didn't really care haha. I saw one of my colleagues who said he was glad I was in for the remainder of the time because the extra work was going to be a lot. I wanted to check this with the system but unfortunately I had one heck of a lot of problems setting up a new password for the system. This is mostly because the idiotic system doesn't actually tell you what are the requirements for a acceptable password. With a password finally set I was able to check the system and was not happy with how much extra work there was to be done. There was enough that I didn't think completion may be possible, but when I saw all the staff we had, I was having less doubts. Infact we got it completed with nearly 1 hour to spare, many staff were able to go home but I stayed back. When I got out of work I went to see if I could find anything else for the upcoming birthdays. I was glad to find 2 more things and left for home which when I got there I was surprised to see it in darkness. I guessed my father was out and that was the case it being the latest he as been out so far.

I started to get a little worried again because it was later than usual and my father had yet still not arrived home, my betting was that he fell asleep somewhere.

Today's Picture

As for the picture today I share some flower photography, a quick disclaimer I understand that this type of photography on Steemit has a bit of a bad reputation. This is because it was often used by spammers to make like 8 posts each day.
Hopefully as you can see from my blog I'm nowhere near making 8 or more posts per day on the topic of flower imagery.

This was captured on a day after I had just finished work, I had already been home, got changed and left again to meet with a friend at my closest green spot. There are some small hills in this area and this particular photo was captured around the top.
Up here there are various bushes and flowers, I already shared a few and now stuck on the name of a particular purple flower that I shared on a previous post.

Thankfully this next capture I share photograph's of a flower that even those who don't known anything about flowers will likely recognize. I'm of course talking about the "daisy" flower.

There's lot of them up here as you can see from the image, infact this is just the initial daisy area, there's a small piece of land with a lot more which I'm going to have to share on here.

Daises are said to thrive in various environments, from wet to dry climates, apparently they can adapt to both sunny or shady spots for their on-going survival. We know already that Daisies can grow on high hills but also much bigger ones like in mountains. But typically I myself have found them in grasslands.

Unfortunately since we already know this is the Daisy there will be no upvote for guessing it's name, however the purple flower from the previous post still remains a mystery.
