It's a cold one here in Scotland, something about the cold makes the world seem quieter than normal - almost silent.
I always find this downtime a good opportunity to listen to the world breathing and center myself after the strains of the working week.
Stay focused, work hard but find, and most importantly, keep the work/life balance. Listen to your mind and body.
