When it comes to valleys with the habitat around it. It seems like those places have some of beauty around it. With those greenfield and the flowers after the winter season. You just feel like capturing them. Suru valley is one good place you can visit. This place has village nearby. And you can get horse and few other transport medium to roam around.

And you can see these nice horses around the place. Currently during winter, this place is even more beautiful. Though it's yet to get snow over there and that would change the view.
