If reclaimed barn wood is as valuable as I have heard it is, how has no one found this place yet? Are we leaving it for posterity? Seems easily fixable, if someone cared.
Lance and I spend a lot of time with contractors and architects, so we know if this building were to be built brand new in 2018... It would cost somewhere around $300,000 -$450,000.
