That's really nice of you my friend, I am trying to take care of it, I have started a daily walk and badminton session that goes for like 2 hours each day, so I guess Il be fine soon

One good help is to eat raw vegetables as often of possible. They are the food GOD intended our bodies to use.

Stay safe!

True, I am planning to go vegetarian, or eat as many veggies as possible and avoid meats as much as I can. That will surely be healthy

Now you are talking like an Adventist, ROFLOL! It is good for you, especially raw. I still eat some meat, but not as much as I used to. I had an Excellent steak Friday, but last night was cheese pizza. Like everything else, it is eating something in excess that is bad for us. Meat is very concentrated protein, and it does Not take much to provide what we can use. 3 oz a day, is plenty. I had a 14 oz steak, but since I do not do that often; it doesn't load up my system.

Good luck!

haha yeah I felt the same, it was a little over lol
Once you start eating meat you can't really stop that at all but yes we should reduce it to once or twice a week and consume more vegetables. Am I less of an Adventist now sir smithlabs? :D

Sorry, I am an Adventist, and that is what I do, ROFLOL! So I guess that makes you a secondary Adventist....

You will survive I suspect! :)

But it is a healthy diet, so combine that, with Herbals, and you will live a lot longer.

Hopefully that will help in living a good and healthy life, for me it's not about living longer or shorter, it's about living health as long as you live because we believe that our lifespan is written by GOD already and we can't change it but we can change the way we live and eating healthy and balanced is a good way of doing that

I agree, GOD is in charge 100%! He tells that our bodies are his Church, as he lives in us daily. We are told to care for our bodies.

If a person smokes, it will shorten his life; and he won't livd as long as GOD wanted him to. But we are given free choice, so he allows us to smoke; even though he wants us to live longer. Then he finds someone else to do what he wanted us to finish before we decided to smoke!

I want every hour he has planned for me, so I will never smoke!
