Hello all,
here are some more pictures and drone footage of our recent trip to Sonogno in Switzerland.
and its beautiful nature side
that we enjoyed so much this holidays.
I highly recommend to go there and enjoy this beautiful valley,
and also the beautiful waterfall a bit outside of the village.

The water is so fresh and clear but unfortunately also very cold. If you want to jump in it must be really hot outside.
The small village Sonogno is located at the end of valley called Valle Verzasca.
And the waterfall is marked in the map with the red flag.

These little houses with stone roofs are typical for this region and you can find them everywhere.

Here are some more impressions from this beautiful spot on earth.
It is really quiet and peaceful.
As mentioned before, wonderful to calm down and relax

and recharge energy,
here in this beautiful nature.
Hopefully it will stay so for a long time.
The chances are quite good for that, because in Switzerland the people care very much about pollution and environment and the population density is also not so high.
That is really great in my opinion.

I enjoyed your pictures greatly. If I did not read your text, some of your photos could have been taken in our beautiful South African highveld escarpment. Of course, we never get snow in the lowveld, and I am likening your photos to the escarpment in mid winter.
Those picturesque houses, however...yeah, we do not have that.
