Infrared Photography - Walking around the boat ramps on Lake Chatuge

Behind the trees in the first photo was our campsite. Around 5:30am fishermen arrived to drop their boats in the water. Many pros were on the lake that day due to the Bass Elite fishermens tournament. I walked over to the boat ramp after I made breakfast and snapped some photos.

Profiling the vehicles they were mostly pickups with diesels. A few of them were built up and had a nice sound to them.

From what I was told by the campsite coordinator, for every pro fisherman that launches their boat there will be 10 spectators launching too.

By the lake morning we left the lake for the Dam, Bell mountain and Brasstown Bald. As this campsite was going to get crazy busy fast.

Anyway, you're right. It's a LOTR reference, more precisely my amazing horse Shadowfax simply would not like to see me driving a car instead of riding him.

Thanks! Yeah there was over a dozen in that shot, all different kinds. Mostly Gas V8s and Diesel V6s and Diesel V8s.
