This all-seeing eye is on a corner pillar at the Ringling Mansion in Sarasota, FL. I was there around Christmas, 2016. There were other Masonic symbols hidden in plain sight too.

What may be the reason of these symbols?

I've heard a few different theories on the origin of the all-seeing eye, @akdx. Some stories say it is the eye of horus (a falcon god, the child of Osiris and Isis), others say it is the eye of Ra, the sun god (both are Egyptian gods). The Eye of Ra could burn you where you stood (think that's what's depicted above), and see in the night and through walls. So the Masons took this symbol (which was a little cleaned up by Chrisitianty into the eye of God) and used it in their rituals. It's on the Federal Reserve Note $1 bill. Like many early American businessmen, Ringling was a Mason. There are also mentions of this symbol in the Rig Veda, a very old Sanskrit text, but there it was a force for good, Shiva's third eye. See my earlier blog post for more on Egyptian symbols usurped into early church doctrine: https://steemit.com/arthistory/@sopa-pekar/notes-from-an-art-museum

I can't tell exactly what the guy below is holding in his hand, but if it's a staff of wheat, that's another Egyptian icon.

Thanks @sopa-pekar for enhancing my knowledge about historical and mythological thing.
