Danau Laut Tawar is a lake and tourist area located in Gayo Highlands, Central Aceh district, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Gayo tribe called this lake as the Sea of Freshwater. The extent is approximately 5,472 hectares with a length of 17 km and a width of 3,219 km. Lake Laut Tawar is called by the name of the Sea because the waters of this lake is very wide. So even with the name Tawar, because the water in this lake is fresh water.
This lake became a local tourist attraction and foreign countries. Cool air makes many tourists who visit here. Are there any plans for steemians?
