Isn't it such a breakthrough in life when we realize that our misery is self generated through our own ignorance, conditioning and false perceptions?
It certainly has been for me. Things can actually get harder before they get easiler once this is realized, because now comes the hard part of changing the way that we see reality. Nice post!
