Sometimes simplicity is good. In this case, most people just need natural elements to empower themselves. The sun is missing in people's lives because we've been domesticated in offices. I know it may be more easily accessible to people in tropical countries but we can all try. If you live in a country that's cold, then perhaps try the Wim Hof techniques such as ice bathing. Overall, just remember that nature is the only true power source in this realm.
