If memory serves me correct, the last time I extended my ligaments and stretched my muscles to reach the top of a jungle gym was probably 15 years ago.
Why we stop to act like a child correlates to when our social skills ride up, and becoming the outlier in the community is frowned upon.
We lack words of encouragement as we age, of which we certainly need on an occasional basis.
Let's not neglect our childish, immature, humane side where laughter shoots adrenaline through our body.
Once in a while, jump outside and hang on monkey bars.
