The Desert Garden was established in San Diego over 40 years ago and currently contains 1,300+ plants, including succulents and drought-resistant plants from around the world. Here are some photos that I took there with my new Sony a6000 mirrorless camera.
I love the kaleidoscopic feel of this cactus :)
This one has some interesting texture in its old growth
Totally digging the repeating patterns here too
I tried to clean the leaves out of this plant but a few spiders had taken up residence
And of course the day wouldn't be complete a selfie ;)
Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback on my photos.
