Most capital cities have many high buildings, including Bangkok city. While traveling in Bangkok by car, I found some interesting high buildings on both sides of the roads. Some are condominiums and some are office buildings.
These buildings have their own beauty of architecture and their creativity of the architecture can make the buildings look beautiful and outstanding.
One of the outstanding and beautiful buildings is Chang Building (Chang means elephant). It is a mix of residential parts and office parts. I think it’s not an easy task to design such an awesome building to look like a giant elephant which stands so high from the ground. Yeah! This Chang Building can be seen even though you stand in the far distance.
It’s said that this Chang Building was once in the list of the most bizarrely shaped and ugliest buildings in the world, in the meantime, it was also in the list of the most unique skyscrapers in the world.

While standing in the centre of the Bangkok area, Silom, I can take photos of the 2nd tallest building in Thailand which is the King Power Mahanakorn Building.
It is a glass building surrounded by pixels that wraps the whole building to the top floor. Inside is a mixed-use building with a shop on the ground floor, residences and a hotel.
This building has the highest viewpoint of Bangkok that many people love to climb to. As you can see, there are many people walking on the skywalk on the rooftop of the building which is made of glass. I think they are really brave indeed…, it’s not possible for me to do that because I am afraid of heights…. Haha! 😂
Not only high buildings that can attract my eyes, trees on both sides of the road also help me feel relaxed while traveling by car in Bangkok city….
