Upside Downing

It is one of those days. The kind that has started on the wrong side of the bed at the wrong time and all I want to do is to crawl under some covers, fall asleep and wake up on the other side of this flu. Yeah, that isn't going to happen. The chance to recover from illness is a luxury that isn't afforded many in this world.

I have to upside down it today as there are just too many things that need to be done that I cannot afford to skip. Sometimes the chance to recover is available, sometimes it is not though and regardless of how the body and mind feels about it, it must move. It doesn't feel good but, does it have to?

We make a lot of our decisions on our feelings yet how often do we evaluate whether those we make were made well? We may feel that we chose well but without the review we cannot know and without the review, we cannot evaluate and adjust ourselves for next time.

Oh well, I don't have enough time to think about it now as I do know I have to get ready for work. Is it actually knowledge or just a feeling? I will think about that on the drive.

In every negativity , there is always hope for positivity

Being ill and unable to rest to heal is quite frustrating. Interestingly enough I was discussing this very topic with one of my kids today to help her understand how our feelings are ever-changing throughout the day like a rollercoaster and decisions made solely on the way we feel can make for a chaotic and oftentimes miserable life.

Yeah, I agree but we can't wait for perfect feeling conditions so, just kill the feelings ;)

Ah, how different would our lives be if we had made different decisions at a different moment when our feelings were different. Have a good day at work! :)

It would also be great if people would support my success by acting differently too ;)

Sometimes decision made with feeling at times ends up to be too judgemental, the feelings at times is like an Achilles heel.
However sometimes it may just be the best feeling

there are times they are useful and times they are not. Much of the time, the feelings are not so useful for decision making.

you could not have picked a better picture then that for the topic . made me smile because we all been there and how terrible it was.
Most of the time we don't get feed back on decisions or we subconsciously ignore it . The worst is when a bad emotional decision smacks us in the face . The feed back acknowledgement is swift and how we realize it .

Generally in my experience, emotional decisions have rarely led to the best results.

@tarazkp
Sadly our bodies and minds don't forgive when we don't let them recover especially the older you get.. so our personal goal should be building something that pays as long as we are young enough, and that pays even when we have to take a day or a week off. Something pays for being able to hire people who do the things you would have to do... - is it decadent? No. It's healthy and it's social too, because jobs are created. Wish you all the best, and may your body forgive you.

Too many people feel somehow overloaded today, including me. The idea that the solar storm coud be actually influencing us does not sound entirely crazy to me anymore...

Making decisions based on our feelings can atimes be a draw back. When sentiments cover objectivity we are prone to make mistakes and bad choices

the feelings at times is like an Achilles heel.. Most of the time we don't get feed back on decisions or we subconsciously ignore it. good article sir. @tarazkp good photography..sir

Thoughtful article. Goodmorning

Today is not the good day for whole community I think. I am wondering the result.

Is it actually knowledge or just a feeling? I will think about that on the drive.

Sometimes we have to do those things that we don't want to do, but it's part of life. Still, I'm sorry you're still sick. It can be hard to get rid of when you don't have time to rest. Here's to hoping that you're able to rest a bit this weekend!

it's just hope, that fact is we do what we think by not assuming

You could load up on pricey pills and potions to hold off the creeping hand of age. Or you could do something that actually works: exercise. New research by a team from the University of Birmingham and King's College London demonstrates physical activity is the not-so-secret secret to keeping your body

awesome photography ,it really a remarkable photo.

Urgh sorry to hear that you're sick. Flu can be a real bitch :/ Well, any illness can, I suppose...
Not feeling too good myself, but as you say, got to soldier on. Do make sure you get plenty of sleep as it's wonderfully restorative ;)
