    Nice photos, it's suprising that every post-communist block cities look that similar to each other. I live in Poland and we have loots of similar architecture.

      i don't know i think it has character. slum is an off word to me to get my head around, run down, sure, but you can feel/see the history!

              These slums a far better than we have here in India. They are clean, washed and good. In India even you cannot watch them for some seconds, they are so dirty and unhygieniec.
