While walking a trail a while ago, I found this abandoned building. At the time I had thought it was a small factory but after going inside. I realized that it was the office and workshop for an old construction company.
The first room that we went into from the point of entry, was the office area. Lots of old desks, chairs, filing cabinets, everything you would find in an office. The decay was very heavy, collapsed ceilings. Crumbling walls and a very awful smell. That some graffiti clearly highlighted lol.
While wandering around the office space a spotted this door that looked fairly normal but had some heavy duty hinges. Hinges that were pretty rusted which made opening the door a little difficult, but once open we found out that it is a double door walk in safe.
After checking out that cool safe we made our way to the work area. This space was pretty much gutted and you could tell that some teenagers had been using the space. Beer cans, weed baggies and pop bottles were all around. Which is much better then used needles, like we are used to seeing in these places.
There is another section of the building that we couldn't get into, but since exploring this cool little place, I have been told the other part is now open. So a second trip is in store and I'll be posting what we find!
