Living a life where you’re focused on your goals is good. It’s actually really good, setting goals helps you prepare for what’s ahead and prepare to reach those goals. You learn as you go what things are helping, what things aren’t helping as much, and those which are actually harming your progress. One thing that I’ve used to help me is something I’m constantly trying to remind myself to do. Take breaks. Like stop, relax for a little bit, clear your head, think of something else. Though taking time to stop when I have TONS of things to do seems nonsensical, but it does help. It actually helps so much. I’m someone who is always extremely busy so matter what I’m doing at a given stage in life, somehow my life fills with things to do that take up all my time. I know what it’s like to have so much to do that you get 3-4 hours of sleep (and many all nighters through that period) for many months in a row. School stars in a little over month. I’m not ready, but I know I need to set rest goals to help me reach my real goals.
