thank you and your right it is Multnomah Falls on the boarder of southern washington and northern oregon technically oregon not washington but pretty much spiting distance

Haha that's what I was thinking, I have been there multiple times and the fishing isn't to bad downstream even know the stream is surrounded by hwys.
